Let Go & Flow: A New Year Celebration with Live Music
Ready for 2023? Join yoga teacher Janae Bustos and soulful jazz guitarist Spencer Thomas for this juicy event on the last day of the year. This 90-minute experience ties together the strings of music, breathwork, movement and meditation. The journey begins with guided breathwork, accompanied by the atmospheric vibrations of sound, and followed by a melodic, heart-opening yoga sequence. You'll end the practice with a soothing meditation, focusing on letting go of what is no longer needed and clearing space for what's to come. Shed your stress from the year, and maybe even some tears! All are welcome.
