Passionate about making yoga practice accessible to beginners, Janae's style of Vinyasa yoga has a heavy focus on alignment, mindfulness and breathing techniques. Each class is designed to create an exploratory movement experience that challenges students to marry effort with ease to cultivate a deep awareness of self. Students are encouraged to get curious in their practice in order to better understand themselves—physically and mentally.
